Privacy & measurement choices

Our cookie preferences offer two separate choices, both off until you opt in. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. It does not affect your ability to use the website.

Website analytics

With this choice, Google Analytics helps us understand visits and generic actions on our home, about, services overview, facilities and contact pages. Microsoft Clarity may help us understand the use of eligible general pages through masked recordings. Clarity is excluded on contact pages, pages with non-search forms, paid-ad visits and visits with a potentially private referral URL.

Analytics receives only the general page category and fixed labels such as call, directions, email or booking-start clicks. We do not send link text, form contents, doctor selections, names, patient phone numbers, email addresses, appointment IDs or medical details. Automatically collected form interactions, site search, Google signals and advertising personalization are not enabled by this setup.

Advertising measurement

With this separate choice, Google Ads may store a Google ad-click identifier using its native conversion-linking cookies and browser storage. It can measure generic call-button or booking-start clicks from eligible general public pages. A call-button click is not evidence that a call connected, and a booking-start click is not a completed appointment.

Advertising personalization, remarketing audiences and enhanced conversions using patient or contact information are not enabled. Paid-ad visits and documents with native advertising-attribution storage are excluded from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, so ad-click identifiers are not deliberately shared with those tools by our website implementation.

Pages we exclude from optional tracking

Booking forms, available-slot requests, appointment confirmations, patient accounts, doctor and staff portals, password recovery, patient records and individual clinical service or article pages are excluded. Unexpected query parameters, fragments, non-public requests and preview pages also block optional tracking. Booking and account functions can use essential security/session storage regardless of optional measurement choices.

Cookies and changing your choice

Optional tools may use first-party analytics cookies such as _ga, _clck and _clsk, or Google advertising-attribution cookies prefixed _gcl_ and the native _gcl_ls browser-storage entry. Cookie lifetimes are controlled by the relevant provider. We store only your preference categories and the time of your choice in our own consent record, not an ad-click identifier or clinical details.

Use Cookie preferences on an eligible general public page to change your choice. Declining a previously enabled category clears the known optional measurement cookies accessible on this hospital domain and reloads the page to unload its trackers. It does not delete your patient account or essential hospital-session cookies. You can also clear site data in your browser.
